- MediaPlus.ee does not make warranty repairs. Repair produce authorized service centers. In the absence of such a device at the center, a warranty repair is performed through mediaplus.ee repair shop vendor or manufacturer.
- The warranty period begins upon receipt of customer goods specified in the invoice / delivery note. Producer is responsible for the goods within 3-36 months, depending on the product.
- Reason for warranty repairs are issued mediaplus.ee bill / invoice, warranty card and very defective unit. The device should not be damaged by a serial number. If the serial number of the device is damaged or unreadable, the service center or mediaplus.ee have the right to refuse free warranty repairs.
- Customer must deliver a defective product to an authorized service center.
- If the repairs are not possible, and / or production of this model discontinued, the supplier (importer) / producer replaces the product of a homogeneous product with the same characteristics or better.
